Many people assume that going to the northern country and just going outside is enough and they will see the Northern Lights.
Did you know that more than 70% of tourists don't get to see the Northern Lights just because they are at the wrong time at the wrong place.
Unfortunately, way too many variables are in place to successfully see the Northern Lights.
One winter night in Iceland I met a couple from Australia in their mid-70s. They told me it is their lifelong dream to see the Northern Lights in Iceland and they have been saving money all their lives so they could accomplish their dream.
It was their last night in Iceland. After spending 6 nights in Iceland they have not been successful.
Sadly, they didn't get to see the Northern Lights their last night too. Aurora activity was very low and on top of that, the sky was fully cloudy. I still remember that night vividly.
The next day they left Iceland full of disappointment and with broken dream.
On the 6th night of their stay, there was an incredible Aurora show at 3 am, but they didn't know about it, no one woke them up and they slept through it.
At that time (2019) I told myself I want to help as many people as possible to see the Northern Lights, especially tourists and beginners. That was the time I started to work on the first Aurora app truly designed for beginners and this Aurora Online Course.
Additional information about the course.
Exactly the same online course with the same content is also available on Udemy (learning platform) with currently 2351 enrolled students and 5-star rating. But as Udemy takes the cut of the sales I decided to build my own learning website (this website) and offer this course here too.
I am currently working on adding a review option directly here but meanwhile, you can check the course reviews on Udemy (as it's exactly the same course and the same content).
You will find some reviews at the bottom of this page and throughout this website which students sent me via email or contact form.
My goal is to help as many people as possible and I understand that you might have already spent a lot of money on flying tickets, booking accommodation, renting a car and other things. I want to make this course to be affordable for everyone even if you are already on a tight budget.
This Online Course has a value of 60€ but at that price, it wouldn't be affordable for everyone. I will rather help more people than sell this course for 60€.

Yep, it's quite a complex topic and researching all the necessary information you need to see the Northern Lights takes a lot of time.
Your dream Northern Lights Adventure in the Northern Country will easily cost more than 2000€ especially if you are travelling with a friend, spouse or family. It's not like you could go several times a year and try again in case you would miss Aurora Show.
We met many people who missed visible Northern Lights just because they slept through it or didn't know it was visible only 20km away from their location. To learn being at the right place at the right time costs only 19.99€.
